When you are applying for your Oregon CHL (Concealed Handgun License) you will need to go to your local Sheriff’s Office website to download and fill out the application prior to submitting your application packet.
Some Sheriff’s Offices may require you to schedule an appointment, and that can be done either by scheduling an appointment on their website or simply calling and asking to speak with a member of the Concealed Weapons Division of that agency.
